helpful staff dining suggestions loud noise bed support
The front desk staff offered helpful dining suggestions. They also provided directions for nearby walking routes. I appreciated the quick assistance with my luggage. The staff was responsive to all my requests.
The mini bar fridge created a distracting noise. The bed did not provide enough back support. I found the road noise quite noticeable, even late into the night. I wish they had concealed the fridge better.

The room was very clean. I appreciated the super quick and painless check-in. The location is great and convenient to the Gastown area!
The room was very noisy at night, sirens of emergency vehicles made sleep difficult. I found no one was available to help with luggage. There was also no view from my room.

The location allowed me to walk to many tourist spots.

decent stay with some issues
helpful staff convenient location clean room noisy room loud traffic noisy air conditioning unit
the staff was helpful . they were quick to address my questions. the hotel location was convenient. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the room was also very clean upon arrival.
my room was quite noisy at night. traffic from cars and buses was constant. i requested a quiet room, but this request was not met. the air conditioning unit was also very loud. i had to turn it off to sleep.
